TASKS:

• Respond to customers in person, on the phone, or on social media
• Follow up on renewal inquiries
• Assist customers in the purchase and ordering process
• Explain models and their features
• Encourage test drives
• Prepare transaction proposals
• Coordinate transactions with finance managers and the service department

PROFILE:

• Successful experience in sales, ideally in automotive sales.
• Efficient, organized, rigorous, and punctual in managing your schedule
• Comfortable with computer tools

Desjardins Acura is looking for a technical advisor to join the existing team. Under the responsibility of the service manager, the technical advisor establishes a relationship of trust between the client and the dealership. Be part of a winning team.

FUNCTIONS:

• Warmly welcome clients upon their arrival at the service department, obtain information about their car, and follow up throughout the process.
• Report to clients on the nature of the work done on their vehicle and any upcoming work.
• Advise clients on the care and repairs their car needs and emphasize the importance of maintaining it according to the manufacturer's specifications.
• Ensure clients are aware of the latest offers and promotions.
• Establish and maintain a trustful relationship with clients.
• Be attentive and responsive to clients' concerns.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Training as a technical advisor or experience in the field.
• Knowledge of Reynolds (Era-Ignite) is an asset.
• Aptitude for working with the public; hardworking and punctual.
• Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics.
• Professional presentation.
• Maintain harmonious relationships with the existing team.

BENEFITS AND CONDITIONS:

• Full-time work.
• 40 hours per week during the day.
• Highly advantageous compensation plan; above the competition.
• Between $47,000 and $87,000 per year based on experience.
